Act as an advisory and educational body for Wisconsin counties on State of Wisconsin solid waste, recycling, and resource recovery policies and programs.

We also partner with AROW and SWANA-Badger Chapter to co-host the annual Wisconsin Integrated Resource Management Conference (WIRMC).

Into The Outdoors - Becoming Stewards
